David Beckham continued with his welcoming of Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets to Miami as he stepped out for dinner with his newly-signed superstars.
The duo has enjoyed an emphatic welcome in the Sunshine City and have both hit the ground running in the Leagues Cup. Messi opened his goalscoring account with a breathtaking freekick against Cruz Azul.
A few days later, in his first start, he bagged a brace and set up another goal in their 4-0 rout against Atlanta United as he appears completely settled in his new surroundings.
On July 27, Beckham and his wife, Victoria Beckham, seemingly treated the duo to a night out at the lucrative Gekko restaurant in Miami. They were joined by Messi's and Busquets' wives, Inter Miami's co-owner Jorge Mas and one of Gekko's co-owners, David Grutman, alongside their partners as well.
As People reports, Gekko is co-owned by Grutman and popular musician Bad Bunny.
Victoria shared photos from the get-together on her Instagram page, with subsequent videos showing the star-studded group getting mobbed by paparazzi as they left the restaurant.
Inter Miami's next tentative game will be on August 20, when Messi and Busquets will make their Major League Soccer debut by facing Charlotte FC. They are currently bottom of their conference.
