Carlo Ancelotti is highly confident about the qualities of his Real Madrid team and does not think they need the addition of wantaway Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe.
Los Blancos have added Spanish forward Joselu, England midfielder Jude Bellingham, and Turkish youngster Arda Guler to their already star-studded squad this summer.
In preseason, Real Madrid has impressed in their matches played so far, with the Spanish giants beating Manchester United 2-0 in their most recent match on Wednesday night.
According to Football Espana, Ancelotti has revealed that his current Real Madrid squad is good and complete after thrashing the Red Devils, as he believes they have no need for Mbappe, who has been strongly linked with the club recently.
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is a huge admirer of the 24-year-old PSG forward who is entering the final year of his contract with the Ligue 1 champions and could join Los Blancos next summer as a free agent.
Mbappe to join Real Madrid
Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain believe Kylian Mbappe has agreed a deal to join Real Madrid next summer after the forward rejected a world-record offer to join Al Hilal, Eurosport reports.
The 24-year-old forward is said to have refused discussions with Al-Hilal representatives who were in France after PSG gave permission to contact him to finalise the deal to the Saudi Pro League.
Al Hilal had tabled a world-record bid of £260million to PSG for Mbappe but the 2022 World Cup Golden Boot winner is not interested in moving to Saudi Arabia at this point in his career.
