The Englishman's incredible accuracy in delivering crosses, taking free-kicks, and a unique ability to bend the ball with precision earned him praise during his glory days.

So good he was that his incisiveness while taking a free-kick or a cross earned him the nickname "Bend It Like Beckham."

Beckham rolls back the years

Recently, the former England international proved that he still got it as he left fans stunned with still-flawless free-kick ability.

The Sun reports that Beckham put himself to the test on a sunny afternoon at the DRVPNK stadium.

A viral video of the ex-footie star in action showed him lining up a free-kick from about 20 yards out and curling the ball into the top corner with flawless technique.

Clad in black shorts and a baseball cap, Becks' effort left the goalkeeper, who was in between the sticks, with little to no choice but to watch the ball roll into the back of the net.
