Real Madrid, currently on a pre-season tour in the United States, had their players compete in a viral football challenge created by their sponsor, Emirates.
Los Blancos, having triumphed over AC Milan in an enthralling encounter, have now set their sights on their next friendly fixture against Manchester United.
Amid the preparation and training under the watchful eye of coach, Carlo Ancelotti, a few players also competed in a viral street football challenge.
The skills on display have left fans in awe.
Stars compete in Emirates challenge
Players including Luka Modric, Toni Kroos, and David Alaba participated in the viral challenge. As seen in a video posted on Facebook by Real Madrid, the three players were faced with three tasks.
These were divided into three segments - the crossbar challenge, the penalty kick challenge, and the corner kick challenge.
Alaba, who was the first to compete, tied with Modric in the challenge as they both hit the crossbar once. Kroos unfortunately failed at his attempt to hit the post.
In the second challenge - the penalty kick - midfielder, Modric, was the only one who hit the target in what is certainly an unorthodox routine from the set piece.
The third and final challenge, the corner kick challenge, had an unsurprising winner. Real Madrid's specialist at this set piece, Kroos, ran riot to convert all but one of his kicks.
More about Emirates' viral challenge
Emirates, who are a major sponsor of Real Madrid, previously held this challenge in December last year.
As posted on their TikTok page, the airlines' challenge featured French side Lyon, Italian club AC Milan, and English Premier League side Arsenal.
