Samuel Eto'o who is the President of the Cameroonian Football Federation has posted a cryptic message on social media after the former Barcelona striker was accused of involving in match-fixing in his country.

Fixing matches is a serious offense under the law governing football and FIFA, CAF and other authorities have warned soccer people not to engage in it.

Months back, Nigerian coach Salisu Yusuf was caught on video taking bribes for him to fix a match and also picking a player for a tournament and he was banned for two years.

Eto'o's daughter wants him jailed

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Samuel Eto'o, is potentially facing legal consequences for allegedly refusing to provide his daughter - Erika de Rosario Nieves - with a monthly allowance of €1,400 for the past five years.

Eto'o, who currently serves as the president of the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT), was legally recognised as the biological father of Nieves (now 24 years old) by a Madrid court last February.
