Former Ghana international, Asamoah Gyan has left fans gushing on social media after sharing an awesome video of himself scoring a beautiful curling goal in the Africa Legends match in Morocco in front of Jay-Jay Okocha.
The goal was scored in an exhibition game in which many other former African footballers also featured.
The African Legends exhibition game was also graced by CAF President, Patrice Mostepe and ex-Arsenal forward, Emmanuel Adebayor, who reminded fans of how he used to score great goals in his days in the Premier League and La Liga.
Other retired players who featured in the game were former Senegal international, El Hadji Diouf, Kalusha Bwalya, and Alex Song.
According to the video Gyan posted on his official Twitter page, the 37-year-old was seen picking up a pass from Emmanuel Adebayor before firing the ball into the net.

When did Gyan retire?
Gyan officially announced his retirement from football while speaking at the 30th Afreximbank Annual Meeting on June 20, 2023.
The former Sunderland and Stade Rennes forward leaves the game as Ghana’s all-time top scorer with 51 goals, as well as his country’s second most-capped player, according to the report on Pulse.
In the Ghanaian national team, Gyan featured in 109 games, netting 51 goals.
