Real Betis have confirmed that former Arsenal defender, Hector Bellerin has rejoined the club just a year after his first stint with the La Liga giants with a lovely video.
Bellerin rejoins the La Liga club, which coincidentally is his grandfather’s favourite team, after spending the 2021/22 season on loan with them and winning the Copa del Rey.
Real Betis made the Bellerin announcement on social media following the trend of making scenes as if they came out of a Wes Anderson-directed film.
The unveiling video, which has since gone viral, was complete with pastel colours and wide-angle camera shots. It features the 28-year-old showing the length of his contract at the end.
Bellerin rejoins Real Betis after spending the last half of last season on loan at Sporting Lisbon, where he made 13 appearances and scored one goal for the Portuguese team.

Meanwhile, Bellerin has committed to a five-year deal with Real Betis, returning to La Liga after spending last season on loan at Portugal club Sporting Lisbon, Football Espana reports.
The 28-year-old defender spent a season on loan at Betis two years ago from Arsenal and was keen to return again last season, but the club’s salary limit struggles impeded them from doing so.
Bellerin would later move to Barcelona on a one-year deal last year but struggled for game time at Camp Nou, making only seven appearances for the Catalan giants.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Barcelona defender, Hector Bellerin has declared his love for La Liga side, Real Betis and is considering joining the Spanish club in the future.
