The five-time Ballon d’Or winner was in a jubilant mood with his Al-Nassr teammates during the Saudi Pro League’s club training session as they prepare for the upcoming season.
After netting a goal in training, Ronaldo celebrated with his teammates by hitting the iconic ‘Siu’ celebration, much to the admiration of everyone watching.
The Portugal forward is back with the Al-Nassr team after missing the Saudi club’s first pre-season match against FC Alverca owing to his late resumption of pre-season training, Latest LY reports.
Ronaldo is set to feature in Al-Nassr’s upcoming matches, including the top pre-season friendly game against Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain, which will take place at Nagai Stadium in Osaka, Japan, on Tuesday, July 25.
Al-Nassr hit with transfer ban
Meanwhile, Al-Nassr have been banned by FIFA from registering new players following a dispute with English club Leicester, Talk Sport reports.
An official FIFA ruling has stated that the Saudi Pro League club still owe 2016 Premier League champions Leicester money over their £14 million transfer for Nigerian forward, Ahmed Musa in 2018.
The newly relegated English team is still owed £390,000 in add-ons, which Al-Nassr have not paid since 2018, when the deal for Musa was completed.
