Cristiano Ronaldo's transfer: Is CR7 leaving Manchester United and which clubs are likely to acquire him?
FootballPaul Pogba: How Much Star Costs Juventus per Minute As Saudi Rumours Intensify
- Paul Pogba re-joined Juventus last summer after six years away at Manchester United
- The Frenchman moved to United in 2016 after refining his talents in Italy's top league
- Saudi Arabian Al-Ahli have reportedly made a large offer to sign the World Cup winner
Paul Pogba's second spell at Juventus could soon come to an end and it is one both parties would have wished never happened - especially the club, who have lost on all fronts.
The Frenchman first joined Juve in 2012 as a free agent after leaving Manchester United as a teenager, becoming one of the best midfielders in the world at the Allianz Stadium.
United poached Pogba for the second time for a world-record £89 million in 2016 and after winning the 2018 World Cup with France, it appears as if he retired mentally and physically from club activities.
According to talkSPORT, Jose Mourinho was first blamed for his struggles, but it became clear the midfielder was the problem after the Portuguese manager was sacked in December 2018.
How much Pogba cost Juventus
United's new contract extension offer was deemed too late for the 30-year-old. He had already decided to walk out of Old Trafford and Pogba also hit out at United fans for the way they treated him.
He is now considering another move after a turbulent return to the Old Lady, with La Gazzetta dello Sport reporting that Saudi club, Al-Ahli, have offered him a contract with £85mil over three years.
Pogba signed a four-year contract worth £6.8mil per year with Juventus last summer but featured in only 10 games for the Italian club, meaning he received a whopping £680,000 per game played.
The French midfielder accumulated 172 minutes on the pitch over the course of the year which meant he cost the club £39,534 per minute played - despite never completing a full 90 minutes once.

FootballSportBible added that the Bianconeri only want £8.5mil to sell the midfielder and would save a stunning £26.9mil on wages, taxes, and possible bonuses if he is allowed to leave the club.
Pogba fuels Juventus' exit rumours
Sports Brief also reported on Pogba fuelling Juventus exit rumours with a personal trip to Saudi Arabia, where he visited the facilities of Pro League side, Al-Ittihad.
The trip was reportedly of a personal nature and had nothing to do with a transfer move, but when quizzed about a potential switch, the Frenchman was rather vague.
