Kylian Mbappe’s recent outburst against Paris Saint-Germain has not gone down well with former Italian and West Ham United player, Paolo Di Canio, who has criticised the forward.
The 2022 World Cup Golden Boot winner took shots at the club in a recent interview, as the fallout of his decision not to activate a contract extension clause with the Ligue 1 champions continues to rain down.
According to Goal, Di Canio has now labelled Mbappe as 'indecent and disrespectful' towards the Parisians, who have reportedly informed the forward he must extend his deal or be sold off this summer.
"We can talk about the mistakes of PSG but there is also the indecency of the boy - I call it indecency because he already took advantage of it last year and now he wants to play for a year and then leave as a free agent to win some money at Real Madrid," the Italian legend said.
The French star appears to have placed his club in a quandary, with his desire not to be sold off and refusal to extend his deal meaning he could become a free agent in 2024.
