Toni Kroos has seemingly got Real Madrid fans buzzing on social media regarding the possible arrival of Paris Saint-Germain superstar, Kylian Mbappe.
The former German international shared a photo on his Instagram stories, showcasing his active involvement in multiple training sessions held at the academy he established in his native country.
The intriguing aspect of the image lies in the presence of a youngster donning a white shirt which features the number seven and the name of Mbappe, Marca reported.
For obvious reasons, Real Madrid fans helped the photo go viral as the Frenchman's club football future is anticipated to be determined in the upcoming days.
Rumours of the French captain's potential move to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium sparked a fresh wave of leaks and articles this summer, fuelling speculation of a blockbuster transfer.
With his contract at PSG running until the end of next season, Mbappe's future is up in the air amidst interest from the Spanish giants, the BBC reported.
It has also been widely reported the forward confirmed - via a formal letter - that he would not activate a one-year contract extension clause in his current deal with the Ligue 1 champions.
Mbappe was also recently crowned the best French player of the 2022/23 season and the most valuable player of the league.

Meanwhile, PSG players have reportedly voiced their concerns to club president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, about remarks made by Mbappe during a media interview in France.
The French forward appeared to imply he would not win the UEFA Champions League with the Parisians, further fuelling rumours he might leave them in the summer.
