Legendary Chelsea captain John Terry has sent out a piece of advice to Mauricio Pochettino as he continues to settle into his new role as Head Coach.
Pochettino officially started work this week as he was spotted on the Cobham training ground putting the players through their paces.
The Argentine will be tasked with restoring Chelsea's lost glory, with the Blues finishing 12th in the league last season. The club has already addressed the issue of a bloated squad with close to seven players having already left the club.
Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson have also been roped in, with more arrivals expected in the coming weeks.

FootballAfterwards, Pochettino will have to select a new team captain. The previous leadership group led by Cesar Azpilicueta, Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic and N'Golo Kante have all left the club.
There have been calls for veteran defender Thiago Silva to take up the role on a permanent basis. Sports Brief reported that other candidates include academy graduate Reece James, goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga - who has worn the armband before - and Raheem Sterling, who was one of the captains at his former club, Manchester City.
Chelsea are set to tour the United States for their preseason matches, after which, Pochettino is expected to name the new skipper.
Terry jumped into the conversation and appeared to call on Pochettino to choose a captain who will be involved actively in almost every game.
"The Captain 100% has to play every week; if your not playing and performing every week, it’s difficult to demand from others if you are not doing it yourself," said Terry in response to journalist Oliver Buzaglo.

FootballSilva managed to feature in almost every game last season that he was available for selection. There will be doubts over his fitness levels as he gets into another gruelling season, but so far, he has managed to uphold himself to high standards.
James, meanwhile, has grappled with fitness issues throughout his young Chelsea career. This leaves Sterling and Arrizabalaga as the potential regular options going by Terry's parameters.
