Nigerian international Victor Osimhen reunited with his school teacher, Augustina Atanda, who assisted in helping him become a professional footballer.
Growing up in the Olusosun area of Lagos, the forward has become one of the best strikers in world football.
He started his career with local club Ultimate Strikers Academy and then led Nigeria to win the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup, notching in 10 goals at the tournament.
VfL Wolfsburg then snapped him up, and after two seasons, he moved to Belgian side Charleroi.
In 2019, Osimhen joined French club Lille, but after just one season, he made a mega move to Italian club Napoli.

FootballOsimhen has become the hero in Naples, leading the Partenopei to the prestigious Serie A title in his third season.
After a remarkable campaign when he scored 26 league goals, the striker made a heroic return to Lagos on vacation.
At Olusosun, he reunited with his old pals, meeting with the local kids who dream of following in his footsteps.
Football Italia reports that they too will need someone who supports their ambitions, just as Augustina Atanda did with little Osimhen when he was a child.
It was gathered that Mrs Atanda convinced Osimhen’s father that Victor should be allowed to move abroad and try to break into the football world.
Sports Brief earlier reported that Osimhen met with his friends and also took the opportunity to visit the Olusosun Primary School and the Oregun Secondary School in the region.
