West Ham and the Gunners have reached an agreement for the English midfielder in a deal worth a whopping €121m, with Rice now set to put pen to paper.
Rice will join Enzo Fernandez as England’s most expensive buys after Chelsea broke the British transfer record to sign the Argentine midfielder for €121m from Benfica in January, The Guardian reports.
