Arsenal and West Ham reportedly agreed to a fee of £105m for transferring English midfielder Declan Rice across the London clubs.
Rice gave the green light to join the Gunners days ago after Hammers chairman David Sullivan confirmed he would be allowed to leave after winning the UEFA Europa Conference League.

According to The Athletic, the fee for the 24-year-old midfielder will be £100m plus £5m add-ons. The two clubs agreed on the price but are still discussing the payment structure, as the Irons want it paid in 18 months.

Manchester City failed in their pursuit of Harry Kane after Tottenham rejected a £125m in the summer of 2021. They quickly moved to Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish for £100m, and it was the most expensive British and Premier League transfer then.
