Victor Osimhen's agent, Dario Canovi, has discussed the future of the Super Eagles striker amid continued interest from major clubs including Chelsea and Manchester United.
The Nigerian star's agent believes Napoli will sell their star for a big price this summer, despite the Serie A champion's desire to retain his services.
Osimhen has been a subject of transfer speculation for months now, due to his incredible season which saw him claim the Italian league's golden shoe with an impressive 26 goals.
Osimhen, who is currently spending his holiday in Nigeria, recorded his name in the history books with Napoli and also won the hearts of the club's supporters.
The 24-year-old, who recently scored a brace for the Super Eagles against Sierra Leone, has refused to make any statements regarding his future with the Naples side.
According to the reports by Complete Sports and Daily Post, Canovi believes it will be difficult for Napoli to keep their star for another season, considering the keen interest surrounding him.
Osimhen's agent discusses Napoli future
Osimhen's agent stated that with football being a business, a player of the striker's calibre would become a hot commodity in the transfer market.
"Osimhen is also worth more than 150 million (euros), so it would be very difficult to resist [a good offer]. I think Italian football will lose another great champion to an offer like this," he stated.
Canovi said a realisation had come that England was another football 'planet' entirely, suggesting his client could join Newcastle, Manchester City, Man United, or Chelsea.
