Super Lig champions Galatasaray are reportedly interested in signing Nigerian midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi following the relegation of his club Leicester City from the Premier League last season.
Ndidi is one of the biggest Nigerian players. He played an important role in helping Leicester City win the FA Cup in 2021 under Brendan Rodgers.
Since the Foxes were relegated, there have been concerns over the future of Ndidi, with some reports also linking him with a move to Serie A champions Napoli.
Speculation has it that those in charge of Napoli want to reunite Ndidi with Victor Osimhen.
According to reports on Punch and Soccernet, Ndidi has one year left on his contract and the Foxes are willing to let him leave this summer.
What is Ndidi's value?
The 26-year-old is currently valued at €25m and Leicester are hoping to cash in on him to avoid losing him for free next season. He made 27 Premier League appearances last season. He had injuries and failed to reach his peak.
Sports Brief spoke with Super Eagles coordinator, Pascal Patrick on Ndidi's future and he explained that he would want him to join another Premier League side.

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Ndidi disclosed that he has completed his degree at De Montfort University in the UK.
