FootballMason Mount's Stalker Narrowly Escapes Jail Despite Admitting to Stalking Chelsea Stars
- Orla Melissa Sloan was handed a suspended sentence for stalking multiple Chelsea stars
- The influencer reportedly changed her phone number 21 times to contact Mason Mount
- She was ordered by the court to pay Mount and Ben Chilwell, plus 30 days of rehabilitation
The self-styled ‘Devil Baby’, who stood accused of stalking Chelsea stars including Mason Mount, has somehow avoided jail time.
This is even though the social media influencer, whose real name is Orla Melissa Sloan, admitted to targeting Mount and his teammate, Ben Chilwell, as well as Scotland international, Billy Gilmour.
Sloan’s reported stalking started after attending a party hosted at Chilwell’s home.
According to a report by The Mirror, the 22-year-old changed her number 21 times to keep messaging Mount, and she would turn up randomly at the Cobham training facility.
Sloan also reportedly claimed she would stop buying food in order to be able to afford mobile phone SIM cards, in order to keep stalking the Chelsea star.
Mount's stalker receives her sentence
On Tuesday, June 20, Sloan was slapped with a 12-week suspended sentence and was ordered to undergo 30 rehabilitation days and 200 hours of unpaid work.
The three players will also be compensated financially, with Gilmour receiving £500, while Chilwell and Mount will receive £300 each, according to CourtNewsUK.
Despite getting in trouble with the law, Sloan appeared unfazed ahead of her court hearing.
This was evident from her social media activity, as she shared that she was partying in the south of Spain to her 92,000 followers.
Her posts typically comprised skimpy bikinis, and she also shared a photo of herself drinking wine at what appeared to be a bar.
Luke Shaw’s Mount admission
Sports Brief also reported on Luke Shaw’s recent sentiments about Mount, his international teammate, amid rumours linking the Chelsea star with Manchester United.
Mount has been an instrumental team member despite playing under four different managers over the course of the recent season, including beloved coach, Thomas Tuchel.
Man United is seen as Mount's potential destination, with personal terms agreed upon, but Shaw admitted news of the potential move was something they only joked about.
