Manchester City youngster, Erling Haaland enjoyed a successful campaign with the Premier League giants in his debut season in England.

Haaland was part of City's squad that completed a historic treble as they secured the league, the FA Cup, and the UEFA Champions League.

The youngster played a central role in the club's incredible run, thanks to his outstanding goal-scoring prowess across competitions that saw him shatter records left, right, and centre.

According to talkSPORT, the Norwegian hotshot bagged an eyewatering 52 goals in all competitions, with 36 of those coming in the Premier League.

The 22-year-old went on to score an extra 12 goals in the Champions League, with the majority of those goals scored in the group stages.

1. Youngest to hit 15 goals

Haaland hit the 15-goal mark in the Champions League aged just 20 years and 126 days. The forward reached the milestone in November 2020 with Borussia Dortmund.

2. Quickest to score 15 goals

The Man City ace needed just 12 games to score 15 goals, becoming the quickest player to achieve the milestone. His brace in Dortmund's 3-0 win over Club Brugge on November 24, 2021, made him the fastest player to record 15 goals in the UCL.

3. Youngest to reach 20 goals

Haaland was just 20 years and 231 days old when he achieved this milestone.

4. Quickest to reach 20 goals

The Norwegian striker needed just 20 games to hit the 20-goal mark in the Champions League. He overtook the record of 24 games by Tottenham Hotspur's Harry Kane.
