Lionel Messi and his family could end up living in his $9million luxurious Miami apartment once he completes his blockbuster move to the Major League Soccer (MLS).
The Barcelona icon is currently without a club following his departure from Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the 2022/23 season.
Messi is now set for a summer move to the MLS, with the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner confirming the imminent move on Wednesday, June 7.
“I made the decision that I am going to Miami. I still haven’t closed it one hundred percent. I’m missing some things but we decided to continue my journey there,” CNN quoted Messi as saying.
Apparently, Messi will be no guest in Miami as he already has an apartment in the city.

The World Cup winner will no doubt be living a kingly lifestyle at his Miami home, which boasts incredible features.
According to The Sun, Messi's apartment is located at the Porsche Design Tower.
The publication reports that the forward acquired the luxurious home back in 2021.
Key among the features of the pad is its stunning views of the Miami coastline.
Completed in 2017, the swanky property sits on the Sunny Isles beachfront in Miami.
The tower is understood to have three car lifts that allow residents to park their vehicles on the same floor they are living on.
AS reports that Messi purchased the entire ninth floor of the tower, with the suite hosting four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, 2,100 square feet of terrace space, and a 1,000-bottle wine cellar included.

The apartment also has a champagne bar, enough to keep the footballer's guests entertained.

According to talkSPORT, Messi’s real estate empire is worth over £23 million.
The 35-year-old is understood to have properties in Barcelona, Paris, and his hometown of Rosario, Argentina.
His Barcelona mansion is just 12 miles from Camp Nou, and it was where he lived during his illustrious career with the Catalan giants.
