- Fiorentina vs West Ham Europa League Conference final ended in a 2-1 win for The Hammers
- Jarrod Bowen scored West Ham's winner in stoppage time to send David Moyes into a wild celebration
- Moyes' celebration was reminiscent of the one debuted by Jose Mourinho back in 2003/04
West Ham United boss David Moyes went full Jose Mourinho as he celebrated his side's last-gasp winner against Fiorentina in the Europa Conference League final.
The Hammers endured an underwhelming Premier League season this term, escaping relegation by a whisker.
However, the London side were fantastic on the continental stage as they went all the way in their Europa League Conference campaign.
West Ham initially saw off Dutch side AZ Alkmaar in the semis before setting up a crunch date with Fiorentina in the final.
The Sun reports that the Premier League side brought their best foot forward during the Wednesday night cracker staged in the Czech Republic by sealing a breathtaking 2-1 victory to win the continental title.
Moyes copies Mourinho's celebration
West Ham's momentous win saw Moyes channel his inner Mourinho by copying the Portuguese's iconic celebration.
The former Everton and Manchester United boss sprinted onto the pitch after Jarrod Bowen's winner in jubilation.
Fans were quick to note Moyes' celebration had a striking resemblance to the one debuted by Mourinho back in 2003/04 when his Porto side famously knocked Manchester United out of the Champions League.
Moyes spoke briefly about his celebration, saying:
"I cant do a full Mourinho as I can't slide on my knees."
How West Ham beat Fiorentina
Sky Sports reports that the tie ended in a barren draw in the first half before Said Benrahma scored the opening goal from the penalty spot in the 62nd minute.
However, Fiorentina restored parity five minutes later through Giacomo Bonaventura.
Bowen was West Ham's match hero, with his stoppage-time goal all but securing a memorable win for his side.
