In a world rigged with social media trends and challenges, many creators have taken unique routes to make their content stand out.
From a sporting perspective, creators on TikTok tend to go for interview-type content with football stars to capture an audience, but one man decided to use a unique method to entertain his followers.
The TikTok user, going by the name @tudorbutan, recently shared an interesting video to his 283,000-plus followers, highlighting his plight of trying to get Manchester United players to stop for a photograph.
In the video, the creator is standing just outside Manchester United’s stadium and his strategy is simple - to halt the players as they left the facility in their fancy cars.
While the challenge might have seemed easy on paper, the TikToker had a hard time getting any of the United players to actually stop for a picture with him.
Players including Casemiro, Fred, Diogo Dalot, Antony, and Marcus Rashford all sped by, leaving the creator with egg on his face after botched attempts to woo the stars.
However, luck was not all out for @tudorbutan as eventually, a black Bentley slowed down for him and when the windows rolled down, it was none other than Bruno Fernandes.
The Portuguese midfielder, in a show of class, took some moments to pose for a picture with the Tiktoker, and even went to the length of signing a Man United shirt for him.
The grateful creator was clearly awed by the gesture as he could be heard saying:
“Thank you Bruno. You’re the single one who stopped for me, and I respect that. You’re the best Bruno. Thank you very much.”
