Black Stars captain, Andre Ayew will leave Nottingham Forest after his contract with the club ended following the completion of the 2022/23 season.
Ayew joined the English club on a six-month deal after leaving Qatari giants Al Sadd in January.
Nottingham Forest announced Ayew and five other senior players will not return to the club for the 2023/24 season.
"Six senior players' contracts have come to an end: André Ayew, Cafú, Jack Colback, Jesse Lingard, Jordan Smith, and Lyle Taylor," wrote the club on their official website.
Ayew made 13 appearances for the club as they retained their Premier League status, as reported by Transfermarkt.
He will have to find a new club before the start of next season. He was on the radar of Everton before deciding to join Nottingham in February.
The 33-year-old enjoyed a stellar career in England during his days with Swansea City. He also played for West Ham before a brief loan spell in Turkey, where he played for Fenerbache.
Before arriving in England, Ayew won the French Cup with giants Olympique Marseille.

The Ayew brothers featured for their clubs as Nottingham Forest held the Eagles in an entertaining encounter to mark the end of the 2022/23 season.
Jordan Ayew, the younger of the two brothers, lasted the entire duration of the game for Crystal Palace, while Andre came on in the second half.

The Black Stars of Ghana will engage the United States of America in an international friendly on October 17, 2023, in Nashville, Tennessee.
The four-time African champions will use the match as a preparatory game for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Black Stars have played the United States at several international competitions, including three World Cup meetings.
