RB Leipzig stars, Dani Olmo and Dominik Szoboszlai are huge fans of Ghanaian jollof after tasting the delicacy for the first time.

Ghanaian-born German, Benjamin Henrichs convinced his teammates to try the Ghanaian dish after their victory over Bayern Munich over the week.

The pair, who adopted Ghanaian names Kofi and Kwame, seemed to enjoy the food.

In a video shared on social media, Olmo and Szoboszlai shared their joy as they ate together with Henrichs.

Ghana and Nigeria have been debating over which country has the best jollof despite it actually originating from Senegal.

Szoboszlai was on target as Leipzig secured an important 3-1 win over the champions, who could lose the title to Borussia Dortmund on the final day.

Serge Gnabry opened the scoring for the German giants in the 25th minute before a strong second half performance saw Leipzig level through Konrad Laimer.

Chelsea-bound Christopher Nkunku then gave the visitors the lead before Szoboszlai put the icing on the cake, as reported by MSN.

Leipzig will end the season with a home game against Eintracht Frankfurt on Sunday.

Lothar Matthaus blasts Bayern Munich

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that World Cup winner and former Player of the Year, Lothar Matthaus blamed Bayern Munich's recent woes on poor decisions.

Earlier this year, the German giants unexpectedly fired their manager, Julian Nagelsmann and replaced him with former Chelsea boss, Thomas Tuchel.

The decision seems to have backfired as Bayern could end the season trophyless, having been eliminated from the Champions League and the DFB-Pokal.

Nkunku reacts after Leipzig win

Sports Brief also reported Marco Rose's RB Leipzig delivered a blow to Bayern at the Allianz Arena, denting the champion's hopes of retaining the Bundesliga title.

Two late goals from forward, Nkunku and midfielder, Szoboszlai were enough to secure victory for the visitors and inadvertently sink the title hopes of Tuchel’s team.

It is a victory that could have huge consequences and ultimately shape the success of both teams’ seasons, with Rose waxing lyrical about the effort Leipzig put in.
