  • Vinicius Jr was given the first red card of his career in the match between Valencia and Real Madrid
  • The Brazilian was subjected to more discriminatory comments from fans
  • Vinicius showed two fingers to the stands, implying that Valencia would be relegated to Segunda

Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior ruthlessly told Valencia fans they are getting relegated after he received the first straight red card of his career.

Los Blancos suffered a 1-0 defeat thanks to Diego Lopez's 33rd-minute strike to give the relegation-threatened side victory.

Ancelotti's men were reduced to 10 men when Vinicius received his marching orders following a clash with Hugo Duro in stoppage time.

According to Sport Bible, the 22-year-old caught Duro in the face in retaliation and, after consultation with VAR, was sent off.

And as the Brazilian winger left the pitch, he signalled to the home fans inside the Mestalla Stadium that they're being relegated to the second division.

In a video posted on Twitter, Vini showed his two fingers to the stands, clearly implying Valencia's potential relegation to Segunda.

Vini suffers racial abuse

When Vinicius was subjected to racial insults during a game that was already tense, he refused to continue playing and even pointed out the abuser in the stands.

According to CBS, after fans were addressed and told to stop screaming anything racial, the game resumed before another stoppage in action, during which the tense situation worsened.

'Wicked' defending ends Vini's attack

Relatedly, Sports Brief reported that Real Madrid's La Liga clash with Valencia at the Mestalla degenerated into chaos as Los Che pipped Carlo Ancelotti's men to compound their misery.

Vini was on his bike charging towards goal, only for his efforts to be thwarted by some weird defending from a Valencia defender, who kicked a second ball straight into the path of the Brazilian to stop from wreaking havoc.

The incident clearly angered the 22-year-old, who later became the victim of racial abuse from the home crowd.
