As founding members of the G-14, a group that included the biggest and most prestigious European football clubs, Serie A is home to three of the most recognised soccer clubs in the world.

10. Torino

Torino football team is situated in Turin and is frequently referred to as Torino or Toro. They compete in Serie A right now. With seven league titles, including five straight during the 1940s, Torino, known initially as Foot-Ball Club Torino, is one of the most successful clubs in Italy.

Before the whole squad perished in the 1949 Superga aviation accident, the Grande Torino, as the club was called, was widely regarded as one of the best football teams of the era. They have also won the Coppa Italia five times, most recently in the 1992/93 season.

9. AC Monza

Associazione Calcio Monza is based in Monza, Lombardy, Italy. Following promotion in the Serie B season of 2021–2022, the squad competes in the top division of the Serie A.

The team was established in 1912 under the name Monza FBC in the 1970s; they came very close to being promoted to Serie A several times.

ACF Fiorentina, also known simply as Fiorentina, is a professional football club headquartered in Florence, Tuscany, Italy. In August 1926, a merger created the first squad, whereas the actual club was refounded in August 2002 due to bankruptcy.

Only four clubs have participated in more Serie A seasons than Fiorentina, who have competed at the highest level of Italian football for most of their existence.

Athletic Association Roma is among the Italian soccer teams in Rome, Italy. Roma was created by a merger in 1927, and except for the 1951–52 season, has consistently competed in the top division of the Serie A Sixteen players have captured the FIFA World Cup as Roma players.

Roma has won three Serie A championships in 1941/42, 1982/83, and 2000/01, nine Coppa Italia, and two Supercoppa Italiana crowns. Moreover, it excelled in European tournaments, winning the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup in 1960/61, the UEFA Europa Conference League in 2021/22, and finished second in the European Cups in 1983/84 and 1990/91.

Società Sportiva Lazio, often called Lazio, is an Italian professional sports club in Rome, best known for its football activities. The society, established in 1900 and competed in Serie A, has spent most of its existence playing in the highest division of Italian football.

Lazio has won the Coppa Italia seven times, the Supercoppa Italiana three times, the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup once, and the UEFA Super Cup once.

Associazione Calcio Milan, also known as AC Milan or simply Milan, is a professional football team established in Milan in 1899. With the exception of the 1980/81 and 1982/83 seasons, the club has played its entire existence in the Italian football league's top division, known as Serie A, since 1929–30.

With 18 FIFA and UEFA titles, AC Milan holds the fourth-highest total of all clubs and the most among Italian clubs. Milan has won three Intercontinental Cups, one FIFA Club World Cup, seven European Cup/Champions League championships, a combined total of five UEFA Super Cups, and twice the Cup Winners' Cup.

Football Club Internazionale Milano is a club with its home field in Milan, Lombardy. Since its inception in 1909, only one other team, Inter, has consistently participated in the top division.

Inter won its first title in 1910. The team has won 34 domestic trophies since its founding, including 19 league wins, 8 Coppa Italia championships, and 7 Supercoppa crowns.

Juventus Football Club, also known as Juve, is an Italian professional football team with its home stadium in Turin, Piedmont. It participates in Serie A, the first division of the Italian football league system.

Established in 1897 by a group of Torino students, the club has competed at home at various venues across its city, the most recent being the Juventus Stadium, which has a seating capacity of 41,507 since 1903.
