Percy Tau is once again proving what a talented footballer he is.
The South African attacker is enjoying a successful run for Al Ahly in the CAF Champions League and showing how valuable he can be.
As noted by Kick Off, Tau has the highest goal contributions in the tournament, with nine. The Bafana star has scored four goals and notched up five assists.
His latest assist came for Hussein El Shahat in Al Ahly’s semi-final second leg against ES Tunis.
Tau through to another final
El Shahat scored the game's only goal as Al Ahly beat ES Tunis 1-0. They went on to win the semi-final tie 4-0 to book their place in the CAF Champions League final, Goal reported.
They will now either face Mamelodi Sundowns or Wydad Casablanca in the competition's finals. The Egyptian side have won the tournament a record 10 times and were defeated in last year’s final 2-0.
Tau’s stats for Al Ahly
The South African hasn’t always enjoyed the best form in Egypt but always remains a threat.
Brought in by former coach Pitso Mosimane, Tau has scored 15 goals for the side and notched up 11 assists in just 60 games, as per Transfermarkt.
Tau previously made over 100 appearances for Sundowns and made just six appearances for Brighton & Hove Albion in the English Premier League.

Burnley are heading back to the English Premier and are looking to bolster the squad ahead of the new season.
With the Premier League in their future, the Clarets are said to be looking to deepen the South African flavour in its team, Sports Brief reported.
It has been reported that influential Al Ahly and Bafana Bafana midfielder, Percy Tau, is solidly on manager Vincent Kompany's radar.
