Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United are set to enter a bidding war for Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen in the summer transfer window.
Osimhen has attracted the interest of European heavyweights following his exploits with Napoli this season after leading the club to its first Serie A title in 33 years.
According to PSG Talk, PSG would be ready to put €100million on the table for the Super Eagle, as the club’s Sporting Director Luis Campos has put the 24-year-old striker as his priority this summer.
Manchester United are yet to table a deal for the Nigerian forward, but Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis currently values Osimhen at €150 million.
Osimhen has played a total of 36 matches in league and cup competitions for Napoli, where he has scored 28 goals and with five assists.
Man United to battle PSG for Thuram
Meanwhile, Manchester United could compete with PSG and AC Milan for the signing of Borussia Monchengladbach forward, Marcus Thuram this summer, Bild reports.
The French forward has attracted the interest of the Red Devils after bagging 16 goals and six assists from just 30 appearances for the Bundesliga club across all competitions this season.
Thuram has already confirmed that he will be leaving Monchengladbach when his contract ends in June and Manchester United hopes they can beat PSG to his signature.
