Ghanaian actor, Samuel Yaw Dabo, has sent a plea to Spanish giants, Real Madrid, and former agent of Cristiano Ronaldo, Jorge Mendes to come to the aid of his soccer academy.

The diminutive actor, who is currently on a tour of Europe, went viral last week after his interview with Spanish media outlet Marca at the end of the game between Real Madrid and Manchester City.

His post-match interview garnered millions of views on social media, leading to a one-on-one with Marca in their studio in Madrid.

During his chat, Dabo disclosed he was in Europe to establish partnership and solicit for support for his academy.

"I have workers, coaches and caterers to support the football team. I have everybody. I came to Europe to find a solution to support my academy,” he told Marca, as quoted by Pulse.
"I have a U14, U15, U16, U17 and U18, so I want support and maybe from this interview I can get opportunities and maybe partnerships with Real Madrid, or other big teams.
"You have to start from somewhere. Maybe I get an opportunity from lower divisions, I'm okay with that.
"Or maybe Jorge Mendes. Jorge Mendes is doing a lot for children, so maybe he is listening to me and can come and help my academy.”

The comic actor has been running and managing the Dabo soccer academy for several years now.

The 24-year-old has already visited top European clubs including Paris-Saint Germain and Borussia Dortmund. He was also in the Netherlands, where he toured the Johan Cruyff Arena in the Netherlands.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Ghanaian actor, Yaw Dabo has been trending on social media after appearing on Spanish television Marca, following Real Madrid's UEFA Champions League clash against Manchester City.

The diminutive actor, who revealed during the interview that he was 24-years-old, was excited by the 1-1 draw in the first leg at the Santiago Bernabeu and believes Real Madrid will progress to the final.

A Kevin De Bruyne 67th minute strike cancelled Vinicius Jr's first half goal as the European champions head to England next week with a draw.
