Real Madrid appear to have penciled down their preferred targets ahead of the summer transfer window, with three marquee additions wanted.
The Spanish giants have reportedly expressed interest in Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe, Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham, and marauding Bayern Munich full-back Alphonso Davies.
According to reports corroborated by Sportskeeda, Los Blancos are close to securing the services of Bellingham, and have agreed personal terms with the Englishman, who is viewed as a possible heir to Luka Modric's midfield throne.
Aside from Bellingham, Madrid are keen on adding Alphonso Davies to their roster to solve the club's deficiency in the left-back position. This follows an underwhelming campaign by Ferland Mendy, which forced Carlo Ancelotti to deploy midfielder Eduardo Camavinga in a makeshift role.
Davies has contributed nine goals across all competitions this season, and is deemed a "touch not" entity by the top hierarchy of Bayern, who are keen on extending his stay in Germany beyond the summer of 2025, ESPN reports.
The cherry on top of Madrid's transfer wishlist is none other than long-term target Kylian Mbappe. The Frenchman made a last-ditch U-turn to extend his stay with PSG after initially agreeing to join the La Liga giants last summer.
Currently, Mbappe is on the verge of entering the last year of his contract, which has an extra-year-as-a-player option - meaning it is up to the 24-year-old whether he wants to trigger it or not, per Sky Sports.
