- Phil Jones headlines a list of players who are likely to be shipped out by the former Ajax boss
Three Manchester United stars who fell out of favour under Erik ten Hag are set to leave Old Trafford this summer.
Ten Hag is set to embark on a radical plan to restructure the Man United squad as he bids to help the club challenge for more trophies next season.
The move would see the Dutchman ship out a number of fringe players in the hope of raising transfer funds and creating room for summer arrivals.
According to The Mirror, some United players suffered Ten Hag's wrath upon his arrival at the club, with the ex-Ajax boss moving on at least five of them last summer.

The unlucky set of players that were offloaded included club veteran Phil Jones and promising youngsters Shola Shoretire and Tegen Mendi.
Others are young left-back Brandon Williams, who enjoyed a stunning rise under former boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, and Axel Tuanzebe.
Ten Hag to move on fringe players
Reports suggest that Ten Hag is keen to permanently sell at least three of the five players ahead of the summer transfer window.
It is understood that the trio of Jones, Williams and Tuanzebe is in danger of being moved on, with United keen to put them on sale during the upcoming transfer window.
For Jones, this would bring to an end his more than a decade-long stay at Old Trafford, having joined the Red Devils back in 2011 from Blackburn Rovers.

FootballMeanwhile, Tuanzebe, who came through at the academy, is currently on loan at Stoke City, and it remains to be seen which club he could join permanently.
On his part, Williams is said to be ready for a permanent Man United exit, per The Sun, with the youngster desperate for regular football elsewhere.
Stat shows Ole was better
Earlier, Sports Brief reported a shocking stat has emerged showing that Manchester United are worse under Erik ten Hag than former boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Solskjaer was appointed United's permanent manager in March 2019 to replace Jose Mourinho, who had been sacked after a string of poor performances.
While the Red Devils legend was handed a three-year contract at the time, the Norwegian was only able to last under two years at the helm of affairs at Old Trafford.
