- Orlando Pirates coach Jose Riveiro guided his team to second place through an unbeaten month
The identities of April's DStv Premiership Player and Coach of the Month are now known.
Stellenbosch FC striker, Iqraam Rayners and Orlando Pirates coach, Jose Reveiro were honoured with these awards respectively.
Rayners was in near-unstoppable from in front of goal for the Maroons, striking six times for the Cape Winelands outfit.
He struck twice in a 2-1 Nedbank Cup quarter-final victory over Mamelodi Sundowns, twice again as Stellenbosch hammered Swallows FC, before striking another double in a thumping 5-2 victory over Golden Arrows.

Riveiro, on the other hand, is in charge of the hottest team in South African football right now. The Buccaneers last lost a match in late February and are now unbeaten in 10 matches.
This includes nine victories and one draw in that time.
For April, the Spaniard's charges defeated Dondol Stars on penalties in the Nedbank Cup, Richards Bay FC (2-0), Chippa United (2-0), Cape Town City (2-1) and TS Galaxy (2-1).
The only blemish was a 1-1 draw against Royal AM last Wednesday, where Pirates conceded a last-minute equaliser against Thwihli Thwahla.
Unless the Buccaneers implode spectacularly, they will finish as the runners-up behind Mamelodi Sundowns when the league concludes on May 20, before taking part in the Nedbank Cup final against Sekhukhune United exactly a week later.
As for Stellenbosch, Rayners will hope to fire them to finishing fifth on the log table, the highest they can possibly go.

Unfortunately for Rayners, his team will not be participating in the final of the Nedbank Cup after Stellenbosch FC was knocked out in the semi-finals on Sunday evening.
Sports Brief reported that the match at the Danie Craven Stadium in Stellenbosch ended 0-0, before Sekhukhune United ultimately prevailed 4-3 after a penalty shootout.
