One of the most talked-about subjects in football over the past few months has been the breakup of Gerard Pique and Shakira.
Pique - who recently announced his retirement from football - broke up with popstar Shakira in June 2022 after the former Barcelona defender was reportedly caught cheating.
They had been together since 2010, and their union was blessed with two children, Milan and Sasha.
The hostile nature of their breakup has created friction between the former lovebirds, with the Colombian singer recently releasing a diss track to cast shade on Pique and his new partner, per Football Espana.

FootballShakira and Pique then reached an agreement over the custody of their two children following their breakup.
The 45-year-old Hips Don't Lie songstress plans to move to Miami with the couple's two sons, and Pique will reportedly have the boys for tenbreakup days each month plus during the school holidays.
The Columbian singer has stated that she would not want Pique to be with her sons ten days in a row. In response, Pique reportedly requested a visitation period of only 5-6 days a month.
The former Barcelona defender took time off his busy schedule to pay a visit to his kids in the States.
Upon his arrival, it was reported that Pique had an argument with Shakira and her brother in Miami.
According to Spanish journalist Spanish journalist Veronica Bastos, via Telemundo, Pique got into it with his ex-girlfriend when he visited his children.

This led many to believe that Pique fought with Tonino as well.
However, Jordi Martin, a journalist who has often been in the headlines, has publicly squashed these rumours.
He tweeted: "It is categorically false that Gerard Pique came to blows with Shakira's brother Tonino in Miami."
Sports Brief also reported on Pique being heavily criticised by a streamer, following his break-up with music superstar Shakira.
The Colombian recently released a diss track which has gone viral, as she subtly hit out at the ex-footballer and his girlfriend.
During a Kings League show on Twitch, streamer AuronPlay blasted the 35-year-old for being immature about the breakup.
