Mikel Arteta has delivered a worrying injury update on Gabriel Magalhaes after the Brazilian was forced off during Tuesday night's London derby at the Emirates Stadium.
Gabriel was part of the Gunners' squad that hammered the Blues 3-1 to return to the summit of the Premier League standings.
Martin Odegaard was the man of the moment as he netted a sensational brace to inspire the hosts to a vital home win.
According to The Guardian, the Norwegian scored the opener in the 18th minute before he doubled the advantage 11 minutes later.

Gabriel Jesus went on to make it 3-0 in the 34th minute before Madueke earned the Blues a consolation in the 65th minute.
However, Arsenal's huge win was clouded with a major injury concern after Gabriel was hauled off with five minutes left.
Arteta speaks on Gabriel's injury
Arteta was asked about the extent of Gabriel's injury after the match, with the Arsenal boss delivering a worrying update.
The Spaniard revealed attempts to have the centre-back see out the remainder of the match proved futile as he had to be replaced.
"He wasn't comfortable. We tried for 10 or 15 minutes but he could not carry on which is strange for Gabi," The Sun quoted Arteta saying.
"So we are a bit concerned about that because normally he's not one who wants to leave the pitch," he added.
