  • Alex Telles is currently on loan at Sevilla after he left Manchester United last summer
  • Reports now suggest he could be reunited with Cristiano Ronaldo at Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia
  • It is believed that Al Nassr are willing to meet Telles' wage demands of £100,000-a-week

Manchester United left-back Alex Telles could reportedly link up with Cristiano Ronaldo at Al Nassr.

Telles played alongside Ronaldo at Old Trafford before they were offloaded by Man United under a cloud in 2022.

Ronaldo's contract with the Red Devils in December following his explosive interview with Piers Morgan, where he hit out at the club's top leadership, including Erik ten Hag.

Telles, meanwhile, was shipped out on loan last summer as he was deemed surplus to requirements at the Theatre of Dreams.

According to Metro UK, Ten Hag had shown a clear preference for Luke Shaw in the left back, with the arrival of Tyrell Malacia further complicating Telles' situation.

The Brazilian went on to join Sevilla on a season-long loan and has gone on to enjoy significant success with the La Liga giants.

Alex Telles linked with Saudi move

While Telles is expected to return to Old Trafford at the end of the season, it is highly unlikely he will continue at the club.

It is believed that the Brazil international is among a number of fringe players who have been earmarked for sale at Man United.

However, the defender will not be short of transfer options, with AS reporting that Al Nassr are keen on his services.

The publication reports that the Saudi giants are willing to meet his wage demands of £100,000-a-week which have put off a number of clubs.

A move to Al Nassr will see the left-back reunite with Ronaldo, who has hit 12 goals in just 15 appearances for the Riyadh-based outfit.
