Liverpool defender Virgil Van Dijk was left embarrassed after getting sat down by Tottenham’s Ivan Perisic with a sublime skill.
The Reds welcomed Tottenham at Anfield as they looked to boost their faint top four hopes with a win.
In truth, Spurs are currently out of sorts, with Ryan Mason being handed the daunting task of seeing out the season after interim boss Cristian Stellini was also sacked after a poor result.

Gakpo was brought down in the box, and Salah scored the resulting penalty to make it 3-0, with sections of Tottenham fans seeing leaving the stadium soon after.
