  • Napoli beat Juventus 1-0 at the Allianz Stadium to move closer to winning the Scudetto
  • Giacomo Raspadori volleyed home in the 94th minute to secure all three points
  • Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri had a moment with the Napoli bench during the game

Massimiliano Allegri seemed not to be a fan of Napoli's bench during their encounter at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday, which the league leaders won.

Juventus had two goals disallowed for handball and an offside before Napoli stole victory at the death through Italian forward Giacomo Raspadori's volley in the 94th minute.

The win moved the Neapolitans 17 points clear at the top of the Serie A table and they could be crowned champions if Inter Milan does not avoid defeat against Lazio this weekend.

Allegri 'mocked' Napoli

There were heated scenes during the match fuelled majorly the VAR interference, which cancelled two Juventus goals, and it got to Allegri and the Napoli bench.

It was unclear what statement was uttered to the Italian boss, but he fired back and appeared to mock the Neapolitans, who are on course for the title.

“Beautiful, you’ve managed to win 1 Scudetto,” Allegri appeared to mock the opposition bench by saying something inaudible, according to IFTV.

The 55-year-old is a six-time Scudetto winner, winning one with AC Milan in the 2010/11 season and five straight titles for Juventus between 2014 and 2019.

He has won twice the number Napoli has won including this year's title, and the last time Napoli won, Allegri was playing for Livorno.

The 2015 UEFA Champions League finalist has a history with the Naples club. He was a former player and played just seven games for the club in 1998.

Allegri clashed with Paredes

Sports Brief earlier reported that Allegri clashed with Leandro Paredes over the Argentina midfielder's lack of playing time under the Italian boss.

He is a Paris Saint-Germain player on loan with the Old Lady, who have decided against making the move permanent, and the World Cup winner will return to France in the summer.
