Sterling's initiative comes at a time he has endured his fair share of struggles at Stamford Bridge.
According to the Evening Standard, the former Manchester City ace has been unable to make an impact at Chelsea since his move to the capital in the summer of 2022.
Injuries have taken a huge toll on Sterling's consistency, with the winger managing just four Premier League goals so far in 18 appearances.

FootballSterling rejects Hazard comparison
Earlier, Sports Brief reported on Sterling not seeing the similarities between himself and Eden Hazard, despite both having the ability to cut to their right foot and shoot in the box.
However, the embattled Chelsea star did mention one amusing similarity between the two footballers, which has been a topic in the mouths of fans for some time.
In 2017, Hazard - ahead of a game against Manchester City - imitated Sterling's ball movement during the warm-ups and fans were left howling at his accuracy.
