The 32-year-old scored a hat-trick as City strolled into the FA Cup final at the expense of the English Premier League promotion chasers.
The former African Player of the Year took to social media to share his excitement after the game.

Mahrez and his City team are in contention to win a treble this season after reaching the semi-final of the UEFA Champions League and have two games in hand in the Premier League.
City could over take Arsenal at the top of the Premier League table if they won their outstanding matches.
Meanwhile, the English champions will host Arsenal next week in the top of the table clash as the race for the title heats up.
Mahrez has been influential for City this season, scoring ten goals across all competitions.
