AS Roma manager, Jose Mourinho recently left social media in stitches after a press room antic involving a Dutch journalist.

Mourinho’s Roma emerged victorious on April 20 thanks to a comprehensive 4-1 victory, albeit via extra time.

It almost looked like Feyenoord had found a late winner in the 80th minute through Igor Paixao, but Paolo Dybala forced the game into extra time with a strike in the dying minutes of the game.

Extra-time goals from Stephan El Shaarawy and Lorenzo Pellegrini all but took the tie away from Feyenoord, as Roma set up a semi-final showdown with Bayer Leverkusen, who have been impressive under former Real Madrid man, Xabi Alonso.

For Mourinho, the win will give him some personal satisfaction, as it was the second time in a row his Roma team had denied the Dutch giants a chance to clinch silverware in Europe.

In the post-match presser afterwards, the Special One handed what looked like a keychain to one of the journalists as a reminder that his team had beaten Feyenoord last year as well.

In the Conference League final last year, Nicolo Zaniolo’s lone goal was enough to ensure Mourinho became the first-ever manager to win all three tiers of European club contestsecompetitions.

To celebrate his triumph, the Portuguese veteran coach cheekily got himself a unique tattoo to commemorate his success in conquering the three tiers of competitions in Europe.
