- The goals conceded on April 20 were largely blamed on individual mistakes
Erik ten Hag looked completely flabbergasted after Harry Maguire’s error gifted Sevilla a goal on April 20.
The Manchester United manager could barely hide his disappointment as the Spanish club scored the first goal to take control of the tie for the first time.
Maguire failed to control what looked like a simple pass from David De Gea just seven minutes into the game, which allowed former Tottenham man, Erik Lamela to pick the ball and feed Youssef En-Nesyri for the opener.
Sevilla all but took the tie away from United early in the second half as Loic Bade made it 2-0, as per The Mirror.

Maguire, De Gea mess up
After the game, many fans were critical of two players: David De Gea and Harry Maguire. Some argued the pass from the keeper in the build-up to the first goal was once the defender should have never received, but others believe Maguire should have done much better.
For the first goal, Sevilla players wheeled away in celebration and cameras panned to Erik ten Hag, who tried his best to hide his bewilderment.
However, one could clearly see the disappointment on his face at Maguire's costly mistake.
Legends of the game, such as Paul Scholes, did not hold back in criticising United, who were branded 'terrible' over the entire 90 minutes.
