Erling Haaland missed his first-ever penalty in a Manchester City shirt against Bayern Munich.
The Norwegian has been a menace since swapping the Bundesliga for the Premier League, bagging an eye-watering 48 goals in 41 outings for the Cityzens.
On Wednesday evening, he scored his 12th Champions League goal after reenacting Lionel Messi's dribble against Jerome Boateng by sitting down Dayot Upamecano before netting against Bayern Munich, per Sportstar.
His goal will be neutralized by a spot kick from Joshua Kimmich, but it proved to be a case of much ado about nothing as City ran out 4-1 winners across two legs, advancing to the Champions League semifinal.

But before his sublime skill and then a goal in the 57th minute, Haaland failed to put away a penalty, Fan Nation reports.
The 22-year-old has been flawless from 12 yards for Man City but proved he is human after all, ballooning his effort - which was his first penalty miss in eight attempts.
Since moving to the Etihad, he has found the net seven times from the penalty spot.
