The supporters of Norwegian football club, Lillestrom SK, have united in an attempt to raise funds as they seek to assist former goalkeeper Emile Baron.
The former Kaizer Chiefs shot-stopper is reportedly living in poverty. His career was curtailed following a serious injury he suffered while playing for Bidvest Wits against Orlando Pirates in 2013.

TimesLive reported on the initiative in which Lillestrom SK's communications head, Morten Stokstad said that 1 099 300 Norwegian Kroner had been raised with nearly 5000 people having contributed.
