This is not the first time Ancelotti has left fans drooling over his timeless skillset.

The 63-year-old flaunted his football skills with a breathtaking ball control on the touchline, in the first leg of Madrid's Champions League clash with Chelsea at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium last Wednesday, per Tribuna.

Social media reacts to Ancelotti

@DominionSybrate aimed a subtle jab at Chelsea:

"Ancelotti is way better than Chelsea strikers."

After watching Ancelotti dazzle with his timeless skill, @n1case wrote:

"Real Madrid is coming in with 12 players for today's game."

Man United forward, Wout Weghorst caught some stray bullets from a user, @thecarpenterdm:

"Carlo is actually a good baller than Weghorst."

@Wisdomog_ hailed Ancelotti:

"That’s Don Carlo for you."

Another user @RMCFhugge, gave the 63-year-old trainer his flowers:

"Best Manager of all time."

Ancelotti warns against complacency

Meanwhile, Sports Brief reported on Ancelotti warning Real Madrid players that Chelsea will see Tuesday's Champions League quarter-final clash as a chance to salvage some pride.

The veteran Italian manager's side are looking to protect a two-goal lead in the UCL quarter-final second leg at Stamford Bridge, against a Blues side reeling from three successive defeats.

Real Madrid are bidding to retain their Champions League crown from last season, having knocked out then-champions Chelsea in the quarter-finals en route to lifting the coveted title.

Carlo rejects Barca coaching role

Earlier, Sports Brief also reported on Ancelotti ruling out the possibility of coaching sworn Spanish rivals, FC Barcelona.

Having coached various European clubs to varying degrees of success, Barca is the only big-name club missing from his resume.

However, 63-year-old Ancelotti has now dismissed any possible idea of crossing carpets to coach Real Madrid's sworn rival.
