Barcelona forward, Raphinha is already getting on the nerves of his employers with his attitude despite only joining the Catalan club last summer.
The Brazilian forward reacted angrily after he was substituted in the 87th minute by Xavi, during the goalless draw against Getafe on Sunday as the Catalans failed to win in their third consecutive game.
According to Barca Universal, Raphinha’s behaviour is said to be not going down too well with the Barcelona coaching staff as well as some of his teammates.
Xavi wants La Blaugrana to be a 'family' that prioritises the group over the individual and it is claimed that the Brazilian's behaviour contradicts this idea the manager is attempting to instill in the team.

Raphinha had previously shown his displeasure in an aggressive manner after being subbed off in the UEFA Europa League clash against Manchester United, as well earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Raphinha has revealed he finds it difficult not to get angry whenever he gets substituted because he likes being on the pitch, SB Nation reports.
The Brazilian had promised he would change his attitude after his first outburst against Man United in the Europa League but had failed to keep his promise.
Raphinha threw another strop after being taken off against Getafe on Sunday and was pictured apparently sulking after the final whistle as he sat on the bench.
