Romelu Lukaku: Man United star pictured training with Anderlecht ahead of Old Trafford exit

- Lukaku is trying to keep fit ahead of a proposed summer departure from Manchester United

- The striker has missed all of United's pre-season matches as his imminent exit draws nigh

- Inter Milan are understood to be attempting to lure the Belgian to Italy

Man United forward Romelu Lukaku has reportedly been training with former club Anderlecht Under-18s in a bid to remain fit ahead of his Old Trafford exit.

The Belgian hitman has not trained with his United teammates this summer, conspicuously missing all the club's pre-season matches with a reported ankle injury.

But that has not stopped Lukaku from taking part in training sessions after being pictured on Sunday, August 4, with his old club as he attempts to force a move to Italy.

Anderlecht’s kids coach Mo Ouahbi is said to have granted Lukaku permission to link up with his wards in training.

Mail Online reports United’s players had the day off on Monday, August 4, and remains unclear if United are aware of the latest developments.

Lukaku was earlier on lined up to seal a move to Juventus in a sensational swap deal that would have seen Juventus playmaker Paulo Dybala and possibly Mario Mandzukic join Old Trafford.

However, the deal appear to have stalled owing to Dybala’s massive wage demands of £18m-a-year in wages and a £13m to his agent.

With the Juventus move looking unlikely, Inter Milan could be Lukaku's new destination, with the Serie A giants understood to be leading the chase for the 26-year-old's signature.
