Rudi Garcia's charges upped the ante, and Ronaldo's partner-in-crime Anderson Talisca was among the goal scorers ten minutes after recess.
The pair combined to a devastating effect when Talisca teed up Ronaldo, who made no mistake in producing a rasping left-footed strike which found the bottom corner to put the game out of sight.
Talisca further enhanced his chances of winning the top scorer's award when he got his second of the night and his team's fourth in the 78th minute.
Substitute Ayman Yahya put the cherry on the cake with a stoppage-time strike to hand Rudi Garcia's men all three points at stake.
Despite the comprehensive victory, Al-Nassr still trail league leaders Al Ittihad by a solitary point with eight games left to play.
