Sipho Mbule saddened following allegations of arriving drunk to Mamelodi Sundowns practice

Orlando Pirates director, Stanley 'Screamer' Tshabalala has decided to set the record straight.
He was accused of interfering with team selections at the club, not for the first time, sometimes allegedly going over the head of the sitting coach during a match.
TimesLIVE reported that Tshabalala went on Gagasi FM’s Extra Time to unconvincingly refute these claims, saying 'when a coach is a coach, the team is his'.
“You can’t tell the coach which player to play - it can never happen. I don’t like that myself because when you are a coach, the team belongs to you. Whoever comes from the outside and tries to tell you what to do must come to training sessions to see what you do. You can never change a team that has been selected by the coach.”

In December 2020, former Pirates captain, Happy Jele was seen taking instructions from Tshabalala during a water break in a match against Cape Town City, according to the Citizen.
The coach at the time, Josef Zinnbauer was on the field rallying his troops while the curious scene was unfolding to the side.
Sports Brief had previously reported on 'Screamer' making the headlines about alleged meddling at the Buccaneers because of the legendary Thulasizwe Mbuyane.
The 'Juju-Juju Man' pointed an accusatory finger at Tshabalala and administrative officer, Floyd Mbele in creating frustration in the latter part of his career at the club.
Mbuyane cited a legendary MTN8 match between Pirates and SuperSport United in late 2013, where the 'power duo' allegedly exerted themselves over Roger De Sa.

This time, it was the turn of ex-player, Gerald Modabi and Sinky Mnisi to tell their tales to Marawa and 'Screamer' Tshabalala.
They both told a story about a muthi ritual that supposedly saved AmaZulu from certain relegation, Sports Brief has reported.
