Nigerian international Victor Osimhen has assured Napoli fans that he would be available for the UEFA Champions League quarterfinal match against AC Milan.
The 24-year-old reportedly sustained a strain while on international duty amid claims that he would be out of action for a few weeks.
He is obviously a key player for the Partenopei having bagged 21 league goals this season, and fans of the club are worried.
Manager Luciano Spalletti had suggested that it would be a big blow not to have the former Lille of France man when they take on the Rossoneri.

Napoli president De Laurentiis initially disclosed that the forward will miss two weeks of action, but Osimhen has assured that he would recover to feature against Milan.
He told TG5 as per Sempre Milan:
“It’s nothing serious, but I want to take these 10-12 days off to recover fully. I have made sure and convinced myself that I will be there against Milan in the Champions League.”
Osimhen loses face mask
Meanwhile, Osimhen will be handed a new face mask when he returns to Napoli, amid reports that the original one got missing while he was away on international duty.
The striker was part of the 26-man Super Eagles squad that prosecuted the Africa Cup of Nations qualifying double-header against Guinea-Bissau.
