Jose Peseiro has warned the Super Eagles to avoid the mistakes which resulted in them losing at home against Guinea-Bissau in an AFCON qualifying battle in Abuja.
The Djurtus will host the Super Eagles on Monday evening, March 27, in the return leg of their double-header after surprisingly winning the first fixture 1-0.
It was a disappointing result for the Nigerian players to lose at home and fans were also upset after the encounter at the MKO Abiola Stadium.
As things stand now, Nigeria are now occupying second position on the table with six points, behind Guinea-Bissau who have seven points.

According to the report by Complete Sports, Peseiro said he had explained how his players can defeat the Djurtus in the second leg.
“I gave my opinion after the first match. I watched the video again yesterday and our team missed a lot of chances. The strikers missed a lot of chances," Peseiro commented.
”The performance was not bad but we need to score goals. That’s the most important thing. It is not normal when a team like us missed too many chances like we did on Friday.''
The Super Eagles will need to win the encounter to hold hopes of qualifying for the main AFCON competition.
